About the Role
We are looking for a Sales Operations Specialist to join the Axon META team, playing an essential role in enabling the team and customers to succeed in their partnerships. This position focuses on driving operational excellence through business intelligence, logistics coordination, permits and licensing management, and process improvement.
Key Responsibilities
- →Support local sales teams by engaging with stakeholders including distributors, customers, and local service partners
- →Manage export and import licenses, permits, and compliance documentation
- →Oversee logistics follow-up to ensure smooth order execution and timely delivery
- →Support distributor onboarding and maintain vendor records and documentation
- →Handle bank guarantees, letters of credit, and financial settlements
- →Assist with public tender processing, including preparation and submission of documentation
- →Draft and review commercial offers, reports, and solvency studies
- →Manage invoicing processes and ensure alignment with internal financial protocols
- →Support project management and continuous improvement initiatives
- →Perform light Salesforce maintenance, data updates, and reporting
- →Provide event coordination and operational support for regional events
- →Define and monitor KPIs in collaboration with the Sales Organization
Requirements
- ✓Strong working knowledge of compliance programs, Comex, sales operations, and logistics
- ✓Bilingual proficiency in English and Arabic
- ✓Excellent analytical skills and attention to detail
- ✓A collaborative, team-oriented mindset focused on achieving long-term success
- ✓Background in marketing and business intelligence
- ✓Familiarity with service management processes
- ✓Experience with law enforcement technology solutions is a strong plus
