About the Role
We are looking for a Senior Product Analyst – Experimentation to join Back Market, a global marketplace for refurbished devices. This role will help structure and scale rigorous product experimentation across the organization, ensuring statistical and methodological rigor in all tests.
Key Responsibilities
- →Help raise and enforce experimentation standards
- →Support Product Managers in becoming autonomous within a clear framework
- →Contribute to building and maintaining scalable workflows and governance
- →Ensure statistical and methodological rigor in experiments
- →Train and coach Product Managers on hypothesis formulation, basic statistical concepts, and interpreting experiment results
- →Contribute to prioritization by sizing opportunities and identifying high-impact experimentation opportunities
Requirements
- ✓4–8+ years scaling Product Analytics and Experimentation
- ✓Strong hands-on experience running A/B tests at scale
- ✓Experience structuring experimentation processes across multiple teams
- ✓Comfortable working in cross-functional product environments
- ✓Strong statistical foundations (experimental design, inference, bias, power analysis)
- ✓Advanced SQL
- ✓Experience with experimentation platforms (Amplitude, Statsig, Eppo, Optimizely, etc.)
- ✓Strong understanding of tracking & data warehouse environments (e.g. BigQuery)
- ✓Experience with product analytics tools
