About the Role
We are looking for a Marketing Manager to join our team at Valley at Home by BAYADA, a leading home health care company. This role focuses on developing and managing relationships with referral sources to promote our services and expand our Medicare home health business in the Las Vegas & Henderson, Nevada area.
Key Responsibilities
- →Generating referrals for home health by building relationships with physicians, skilled nursing, hospitals, and other community resources.
- →Conduct market analysis; develop sales strategy, goals and quarterly plans.
- →Conducting sales calls and evaluating results and effectiveness of sales activity.
- →Establish strong relationships with new and existing referral sources.
- →Patient educational bedsides.
Requirements
- ✓Minimum of a bachelor’s degree or equivalent experience.
- ✓At least two years recent sales experience in the health care industry.
- ✓Formal sales training.
- ✓Proven ability to develop, implement and execute a sales and marketing plan.
- ✓Evidence of achieving referral goals within the market.
- ✓Excellent planning, organization, team collaboration and presentation skills.
- ✓Established healthcare contacts and ability to network in the community.
- ✓Customer centric
