About the Role
We are looking for a Life Insurance Product Specialist to join the Bestow Labs team. This role involves applying deep knowledge of life insurance and annuities to build an AI-first platform that serves both new products and legacy systems.
Key Responsibilities
- →Validate business and technical requirements for platform solutions in collaboration with actuaries, engineers, and product managers
- →Design and architect solutions for the full spectrum of life insurance and annuities products
- →Serve as the go-to expert on life insurance product structures, regulatory requirements, and industry best practices
- →Partner with engineering teams to ensure solutions are scalable and meet insurer needs
- →Translate complex insurance requirements into clear guidance for engineering teams
- →Help shape product strategy by identifying opportunities and risks
Requirements
- ✓10+ years of experience in life insurance and annuities
- ✓Deep knowledge of product structures, administration, and operations
- ✓Extensive experience with complex life insurance products including cash value, variable, indexed, and universal life
- ✓Strong understanding of regulatory requirements and compliance considerations
- ✓Experience translating business requirements into technical specifications
- ✓Excellent written and verbal communication skills
- ✓Must be located in the United States
