About the Role
Fleetworthy is seeking a Growth Marketing Manager to develop and execute high-impact marketing programs that drive pipeline and revenue. This role requires strategic thinking and hands-on execution across various marketing channels.
Key Responsibilities
- →Define and own campaign strategy end to end, including audience selection, messaging hierarchy, and success criteria
- →Execute marketing campaigns across multiple channels
- →Partner with central marketing, Sales, and Product teams to ensure alignment and measurability
- →Develop and manage paid media strategies to optimize pipeline and bookings
- →Drive continuous improvement and propose fresh ideas for marketing campaigns
Requirements
- ✓5+ years in B2B SaaS growth, demand gen, or campaign management roles
- ✓Experience owning campaigns as programs
- ✓Ability to articulate a clear point of view and decision logic for campaigns
- ✓Strong writing skills rooted in insight
- ✓Experience balancing strategic thinking with hands-on execution
- ✓Hands-on experience with modern marketing and GTM tools
