About the Role

We are looking for an Events & Community Lead to join Vendelux, a Series A SaaS company that helps companies discover the best events. This role is two-fold: owning Vendelux’s entire events ecosystem and serving as the public face of Vendelux for the event marketing community.

Key Responsibilities

→Own the full Vendelux event portfolio end-to-end: design, plan, execute, and iterate on a mix of event formats
→Design unforgettable events that turn customers and peers into active advocates
→Drive attendance and engagement through smart invite strategies and follow-ups
→Be a visible leader in the event marketing world by participating in communities and building relationships
→Own and grow our community by managing a dedicated space for event & marketing professionals
→Source and manage speakers & influencers for events and webinars
→Measure performance of events and community, share insights, and refine the playbook

Requirements

✓6+ years in events or field marketing for a B2B company
✓Existing network of event, field, and marketing peers
✓Experience in hosting sessions, moderating panels, and representing the company in external communities
✓Proven track record of owning and running end-to-end programs
✓Detail-oriented with expertise in project management
✓Experience managing multiple vendors, agencies, and contractors simultaneously
✓Willingness to travel regularly
✓Bias for action and quick decision-making
