About the Role
The Contract Manager at BETA Technologies will play a key role in negotiating, drafting, and managing complex product sales contracts and technical agreements for electric aviation infrastructure. This position requires a strong background in contract negotiation and technical specifications.
Key Responsibilities
- →Negotiate and execute technical product sales contracts
- →Negotiate complex product procurement agreements
- →Draft comprehensive technical specifications in support of various agreements
- →Negotiate digital services, maintenance and implementation agreements
- →Manage contract lifecycle from initial proposal to final execution
- →Conduct technical and financial risk assessments for proposed agreements
- →Coordinate with internal teams including sales, operations, supply chain, engineering and legal
- →Ensure compliance with industry standards, BETA standards and regulatory requirements
Requirements
- ✓Bachelor's degree in Business Administration & Management, Pre-Law, Supply Chain, or related field
- ✓5+ years of experience in contract negotiation
- ✓Proven track record in complex technical sales contract negotiations
- ✓Deep understanding of technical product specifications and requirements
- ✓Strong comprehension and communication skills
- ✓Proficiency in contract management software and CRM systems
- ✓Technical contract drafting and review
- ✓Technical sales negotiation
- ✓Regulatory compliance
- ✓Complex technical requirements interpretation
- ✓Pricing and commercial terms development
- ✓Willingness to travel 10% of the time, including internationally.
