About the Role
We are looking to bring on an experienced Lead Recruiter for a 4-month temporary assignment to support Litify's full lifecycle recruiting efforts. This role involves partnering with hiring managers across all departments to understand open positions and lead recruiting efforts while maintaining an exceptional candidate experience.
Key Responsibilities
- →Manage full-cycle recruiting for all open positions across the company, from internal kick-off through sourcing, resume review, screening and interview coordination, and offer
- →Partner with hiring managers to understand role requirements, timelines, and hiring priorities
- →Screen and interview candidates to assess qualifications, experience, and cultural fit
- →Coordinate interview logistics and ensure a smooth, professional candidate experience
- →Provide guidance to hiring managers on market conditions, talent availability, and best practices
- →Track recruiting activity and maintain accurate documentation in Greenhouse, our applicant tracking system (ATS)
Requirements
- ✓3+ years of recruiting experience, with a strong background in full lifecycle recruiting, ideally for technology/software companies
- ✓Prior experience operating as a senior or lead recruiter in a fast-paced environment
- ✓Proven ability to manage multiple requisitions simultaneously
- ✓Strong sourcing and candidate assessment skills
- ✓Excellent communication and stakeholder management abilities
- ✓Experience using Greenhouse and LinkedIn Recruiter
- ✓Ability to work independently, prioritize effectively, and hit deadlines
- ✓Professional, adaptable, and solutions-oriented approach
