About the Role

We are looking for a technical recruiter to join Loft and help level up how we hire software talent. You will own the full-cycle recruiting process for roles within our Cockpit software and adjacent teams, working closely with hiring managers to shape hiring strategies and deliver an exceptional candidate experience.

Key Responsibilities

→Own the full-cycle recruiting process from sourcing to offer
→Work with hiring managers to shape hiring strategies and drive alignment
→Deliver an exceptional candidate experience
→Help raise the bar across process, quality, and speed

Requirements

✓3+ years of full-cycle technical recruiting experience
✓Strength in sourcing, including LinkedIn Recruiter and advanced Boolean search
✓Proven success hiring mid-to-senior level software engineers and technical candidates
✓Experience hiring across a range of software engineering roles
✓Strong understanding of software engineering roles, stacks, and terminology
✓Experience recruiting globally, with understanding of US and European tech ecosystems
✓Ability to pitch Loft’s mission and culture to high-caliber candidates
✓Skilled at building long-term relationships with candidates
✓Experience conducting interviews and managing candidate communication
✓Proficiency with ATS tools (Lever preferred)
✓Collaborative mindset and ability to align with hiring managers and the internal recruiting team
✓Excellent written and verbal communication skills in English
