About the Role
The Technical Project Manager plays a crucial role in the project management team, bringing together knowledge of mechanical, electrical, and software engineering. This position involves taking ownership of the overall technical scope coordination and validation for both internal and external projects, supporting the Logistic Systems Division.
Key Responsibilities
- →Lead the technical design and integration process to meet BG and customer contract technical standards from contract signing to project closure
- →Communicate and coordinate with customers, stakeholders, and partners on technical project aspects
- →Define, plan, and monitor system simulation and testing to fulfill contractual obligations
- →Work alongside the Project Manager to ensure transparent communication of technical and commercial points
- →Manage and coordinate technical interface aspects, including building interfaces with clients and suppliers
- →Share responsibility for cost management, time, and quality, evaluating technical and financial impacts of decisions
- →Collaborate with procurement to create detailed purchase orders with technical specifications
- →Co-manage requirements management process, focusing on technical requirements and traceability
- →Analyze requirements, define technical specifications, and assess technical changes and their impacts
- →Lead identification, assessment, and mitigation of technical project risks
- →Review technical documents before customer submission
- →Co-manage gate/sub-gate meetings to ensure technical task fulfillment and lessons learned
- →Co-manage quality of final O&M and training documentation
- →Provide technical support during installation, commissioning, and testing phases
- →Be involved in specification approval, design, production, installation, and commissioning phases
Requirements
- ✓Broad knowledge of mechanical, electrical, and software engineering
