About the Role
We are looking for a BI Analyst of CX to join our team. This role focuses on transforming customer interaction and satisfaction data into actionable plans.
Key Responsibilities
- →Work closely with the Customer Experience team to analyze data, identify customer behavior patterns, and propose solutions that improve customer satisfaction across all interactions with the company.
- →Act as an internal consultant to identify problems in the customer experience and recommend process adjustments to resolve them.
Requirements
- ✓Minimum 3 years of experience in BI roles.
- ✓Solid knowledge of quantitative analysis, mathematics, and statistics.
- ✓Experience in data modeling and analysis.
- ✓Ability to create clear and effective presentations.
- ✓Experience with Power BI.
