About the Role
We are looking for a Points System Designer to join Binance, a leading global blockchain ecosystem behind the world's largest cryptocurrency exchange. This role involves designing and developing a sustainable points ecosystem, establishing core metrics, and collaborating cross-functionally to ensure the long-term stability and healthy operation of the points system.
Key Responsibilities
- →Lead the end-to-end development of a sustainable points ecosystem, defining core rules and mechanisms for points acquisition, consumption, recycling, validity period, and inflation control.
- →Establish a full set of core metrics and design anti-cheating and anti-abuse strategies to guarantee the long-term stability of the points system.
- →Collaborate cross-functionally with Product, Design, business BUs, regional teams, Risk, PR, Customer Service, and other stakeholders to develop benefit display and user communication guidelines.
Requirements
- ✓5+ years of professional experience in user incentive programs, membership systems, or economic system design across gaming, e-commerce, fintech, and related industries.
- ✓Strong logical and mathematical competence, capable of independently completing points balance calculation, cost budgeting, and long-term inflation modeling.
- ✓Solid understanding of financial product logic and investor protection protocols, especially in avoiding incentives for high-risk behaviors.
- ✓Excellent cross-team collaboration skills to align and reach consensus with cross-functional teams.
- ✓Bilingual English/Mandarin is required.
