About the Role

We are looking for a Social Media Manager to join our team at BIS Safety Software. This role focuses on building and executing social media strategies aligned with business goals, creating compelling content, and driving day-to-day execution across various platforms.

Key Responsibilities

→Build and execute BIS’s social media strategy aligned with business goals.
→Recommend platforms and publishing cadence based on audience and content.
→Own the content calendar: create, publish, and manage both static and video content across platforms.
→Drive day-to-day execution on LinkedIn, YouTube, Facebook, and potentially Instagram/TikTok.
→Track, measure, and report on performance using analytics tools.
→Manage or recommend social media ad spend and paid strategies.
→Present regular insights and updates.
→Collaborate cross-functionally with Marketing, Product/Launch, and Customer Experience teams.

Requirements

✓Minimum of 3 years' experience in a social media management or digital content role.
✓Thrive in a high-autonomy environment and take ownership from start to finish.
✓Are confident and persuasive—you know how to make the case for your strategies.
✓Move fast, iterate faster, and never settle for “just okay.”
✓Balance strategy with creativity—always looking for ways to improve.
✓Have excellent instincts for content design, especially for social platforms.
✓Can break down complex topics into engaging, audience-ready formats.
✓Know how to make social media a system, not just a series of posts.
✓Embrace using generative AI tools in your design or workflow.
