We are looking for a Head of Product, Square Credit Cards to build the next generation of business credit that understands and serves small businesses.

Key Responsibilities

→Define the product vision for Square's credit card business
→Lead development of AI-powered capabilities
→Build features that matter for small businesses
→Define and manage portfolio metrics
→Build and lead the credit card product team

Requirements

✓12+ years of product management experience in financial services
✓Track record of delivering high-impact credit products
✓Experience leading complex products at scale
✓Strength in developing and scaling product management teams
✓Strong product judgment and range
✓Ability to partner closely with Engineering, Risk, Data Science, Finance, Compliance, and Go-To-Market leaders
✓Comfort operating at both strategic altitude and operational depth
✓Systems-level mindset
✓Forward-looking perspective on AI, automation, and real-time data in credit products
