About the Role
The Principal Revenue Strategy and Operations Manager will optimize and scale the end-to-end revenue and customer lifecycle across the EMEA region, with potential expansion to APAC. This role will partner closely with Sales, Marketing, Customer Success, Finance, and Product teams to drive operational excellence and ensure a seamless customer experience.
Key Responsibilities
- βAnalyze complex information to guide Go-To-Market strategy and exceed revenue targets
- βSupport the design and execution of sales processes and territory models
- βPartner with Sales leadership on quota setting and compensation plans
- βDefine and optimize onboarding, adoption, renewal, and expansion workflows
- βManage and develop a team of revenue and customer operations professionals
- βLead change management for new processes and tools
- βEvaluate and improve existing GTM processes through standardization and automation
Requirements
- β8+ years of experience in Revenue Operations, GTM Strategy, or related functions
- βProven ability to lead cross-functional initiatives with measurable impact
- βStrong analytical and problem-solving skills with data visualization tools
- βExcellent communication abilities with experience presenting to executives
- βDeep understanding of sales and marketing processes and systems
- βExperience supporting EMEA and/or APAC markets preferred
- βBachelorβs degree required; MBA a plus
