About the Role
We are looking for a Chief of Staff to join Legora, a legal tech company that empowers legal professionals with AI-native workspace solutions. This high-impact role will act as an operator, force multiplier, and trusted partner across the leadership team, driving clarity, alignment, and execution as the company scales globally.
Key Responsibilities
- →Work closely with the Head of Operations, CEO, and leadership team to drive alignment and follow-through on key priorities
- →Translate company strategy into clear plans, milestones, and outcomes
- →Design and run operating cadence - leadership meetings, quarterly planning, OKRs, and company-wide updates
- →Partner with leaders across Product, Engineering, Legal, and GTM to ensure priorities are scoped, resourced, and on track
- →Craft crisp internal narratives, updates, and plans that align and inspire the company
- →Run monthly Townhalls and global company events
- →Lead high-impact, cross-functional initiatives that accelerate company growth
Requirements
- ✓5+ years of experience in consulting, operations, strategy, or Chief of Staff roles in high-growth tech or professional services companies
- ✓Proven ability to structure ambiguity, drive clarity, and execute complex cross-functional projects
- ✓Exceptional communication and relationship-building skills
- ✓Strategic thinker with operational rigor
- ✓Analytical and resourceful, with a track record of driving results in fast-paced environments
