About the Role
We are seeking a Sales & Business Development professional to drive revenue growth by engaging with potential fleets and closing deals. This role involves client relationship management, project oversight, and strategic planning.
Key Responsibilities
- →Actively hunt for and engage with potential new fleets to generate bookings and build a strong sales pipeline
- →Lead negotiations and close deals to meet and exceed sales targets
- →Provide ongoing support and act as the main point of contact for our Iberian fleet clients
- →Collaborate with clients to facilitate the integration of our solutions with their existing Transportation Management Systems (TMS) and Fleet Management Systems (FMS)
- →Develop and execute account plans for key fleet customers, identifying upsell and cross-sell opportunities
- →Conduct market analysis and competitive intelligence within the Spanish and Portuguese logistics sectors
- →Manage new projects following the contract award stage to guarantee successful implementation
- →Oversee supplier management and coordinate with third-party vendors
- →Monitor project milestones, budgets, and deliverables
- →Contribute to the strategic development of our Flow Parking solutions
- →Participate in the planning and development of electric truck charging infrastructure
- →Collaborate with internal teams to identify and communicate client needs
- →Prepare regular sales reports, forecasts, and performance metrics
Requirements
- ✓Proven experience in sales and business development within the logistics or transportation industry
- ✓Strong negotiation and closing skills
- ✓Excellent client relationship management abilities
- ✓Experience with Transportation Management Systems (TMS) and Fleet Management Systems (FMS)
- ✓Project management experience
- ✓Knowledge of the Spanish and Portuguese logistics sectors
- ✓Strategic planning and market analysis skills
- ✓Ability to develop and maintain comprehensive project documentation
- ✓Strong communication and teamwork skills
