About the Role
We are looking for an HR Business Partner to join Bosch Rexroth. This role offers a dynamic environment where you will support employees and leaders, drive continuous improvement, and contribute to our people strategy. You will be part of a small team reporting directly to the Head of HR.
Key Responsibilities
- →Serve as the contact person for managers and employees in all HR-related and labor law issues
- →Proactively manage and resolve employee relations concerns, ensuring processes align with legal and internal standards
- →Develop positive relationships with Trade Union and collaborate to solve problems
- →Partner with the business on organization design and redesign to improve performance
- →Implement and optimize HR processes and diversity initiatives
- →Review and analyze data to identify trends and recommend solutions for employee performance, retention, and engagement
- →Manage the entire employee journey to recruit and retain exceptional individuals
Requirements
- ✓Experience in all aspects of HR Business Partnering including reward, employee relations, talent, succession planning, restructuring, and leadership
- ✓Strong understanding of labor law and HR processes
- ✓Ability to analyze data and present insights to stakeholders
- ✓Excellent communication and relationship-building skills
