About the Role

We are looking for a French-speaking Implementation Consultant to join the Launch Services team at Lightspeed. This role involves facilitating virtual onboarding sessions for new French-speaking Lightspeed Restaurant customers, helping them understand and use the POS software effectively.

Key Responsibilities

• →Provide virtual onboarding sessions to new and existing customers
• →Train customers on specific aspects of our products based on their workflow needs
• →Lead one-to-one or one-to-many sessions, adapting to customers' comfort and skill levels
• →Build and maintain active relationships with customers
• →Maintain high customer satisfaction through post-sales relationship
• →Create and manage documentation for product orientations and processes
• →Continue learning Lightspeed's core products and add-ons
• →Participate in regular team meetings to share best practices
• →Work with internal teams to ensure successful customer launches
