About the Role
You will be the strategic HR contact person for the Europe Building Solutions Business Unit. As a member of the leadership team, you will proactively advise and support management on all HR-related issues.
Key Responsibilities
- →Lead HR Business Partners in Baden-Württemberg and Norddeutschland regions, as well as in building automation
- →Actively participate in relevant Business Unit projects such as organizational changes, working conditions, and adjustment measures
- →Oversee People Management including talent and performance management, succession planning, and diversity
- →Guide and manage annual compensation processes
- →Contribute to filling management and key positions
- →Serve as a central interface to the interdisciplinary HR network and experts in various HR functions
- →Develop future-oriented HR strategy aligned with Bosch Building Technologies' business goals
Requirements
- ✓Proven experience as an HR Business Partner
- ✓Strong knowledge of HR processes and labor law
- ✓Excellent communication and advisory skills
- ✓Ability to develop and implement innovative HR tools and processes
- ✓Experience in talent management and organizational development
