About the Role

We are looking for an Italian Customer Service Representative to join Bosch Service Solutions. This role involves providing exceptional customer support to Italian-speaking customers regarding automotive products, technical support, and IoT technologies.

Key Responsibilities

→Manage incoming contacts such as phone calls, emails, and letters from customers
→Provide information about products, resolve client queries, and explain company policies
→Serve as a brand ambassador and provide outstanding service to clients
→Utilize language skills in Italian to address customer inquiries and concerns
