About the Role
We are seeking an experienced and highly organized Paralegal to support our Legal Team at Bosch Home Comfort division. This role involves contract reviews, legal research, litigation support, and operational support.
Key Responsibilities
- →Review, edit, and manage standard commercial agreements including NDAs, distributor agreements, and purchasing contracts
- →Identify and escalate key legal risks and deviations from approved templates
- →Maintain contract databases and ensure accurate documentation
- →Conduct legal and factual research on commercial, corporate, regulatory, and litigation matters
- →Summarize research findings in clear memos for attorneys
- →Assist in managing active litigation and pre-litigation matters
- →Coordinate document collection, organization, and production
- →Support outside counsel with information gathering and deadline tracking
- →Organize case files and assist with litigation calendars
- →Assist with legal department processes, initiatives, and knowledge-management systems
- →Prepare drafts of correspondence and routine filings
- →Support corporate governance tasks and maintain corporate records
- →Coordinate with internal business stakeholders for legal workflows
- →Respond to internal audits and regulatory inquiries
Requirements
- ✓At least seven years of paralegal experience
- ✓Strong attention to detail
- ✓Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, business-focused environment
- ✓Experience with contract management and legal research
- ✓Knowledge of litigation support procedures
- ✓Familiarity with document retention protocols
- ✓Excellent organizational and communication skills
