About the Role
BRICK Networks is seeking a Talent Recruiter to support the organization in building a diverse candidate pipeline for all staff roles. This role will shape the employer brand, execute direct candidate sourcing, and cultivate community and university partnerships.
Key Responsibilities
- →Execute talent recruitment strategy aligned with BRICK’s growth and expansion
- →Develop and maintain BRICK’s employer brand to attract a diverse candidate pool
- →Build relationships with potential candidates from first contact to application
- →Actively source candidates through social media, online platforms, and career fairs
- →Cultivate relationships with colleges, universities, and professional networks
- →Represent BRICK Networks at networking and recruitment events
- →Coordinate with Talent Acquisition team and hiring managers
- →Keep recruitment trackers updated and report on pipeline progress
- →Develop and execute the BRICK Education Network Talent Recruitment strategy
Requirements
- ✓2 years of experience in recruitment, staffing, HR, or talent acquisition
- ✓Strong project management, organizational, and relationship-building skills
- ✓Exceptional communication skills with the ability to engage diverse stakeholders
- ✓Detail-oriented with the ability to manage multiple tasks simultaneously
