About the Role
We are looking for an Agentic AI Lead to drive the research, development, and deployment of semi-autonomous AI agents to solve complex enterprise challenges. This pivotal role involves hands-on experience with LangGraph and building multi-agent AI systems with greater autonomy and decision-making capabilities.
Key Responsibilities
- →Design and develop multi-agent AI systems using LangGraph for workflow automation and complex decision-making
- →Build memory-augmented, context-aware AI agents capable of planning, reasoning, and executing tasks across multiple domains
- →Develop and optimize agent orchestration workflows using LangGraph, ensuring high performance and scalability
- →Implement knowledge graphs, vector databases, and RAG techniques for enhanced agent reasoning
- →Apply reinforcement learning methodologies to fine-tune AI agents for improved decision-making
- →Lead cutting-edge AI research in Agentic AI, LangGraph, and LLM Orchestration
- →Translate Agentic AI capabilities into enterprise solutions, driving automation and operational efficiency
- →Lead and mentor a team of AI Engineers and Data Scientists
Requirements
- ✓Deep expertise in LLM orchestration, knowledge graphs, and reinforcement learning
- ✓Experience with LangGraph and multi-agent architectures
- ✓Strong background in developing scalable AI solutions
- ✓Knowledge of vector databases (Pinecone, Weaviate, FAISS) and RAG techniques
- ✓Experience with model evaluation and responsible AI practices
- ✓Leadership experience in guiding technical teams
