About the Role
We are looking to hire a Business Development Manager to spearhead our entry and expansion into providing innovative cashless solutions. This pivotal role focuses on promoting our state-of-the-art cashless technology, which offers cashless payment capabilities through RFID/NFC technology and sophisticated access control for music festivals, sports events, and more across Brazil.
Key Responsibilities
- →Develop and execute comprehensive strategies to introduce and expand Fever’s cashless solutions within the sports hospitality and music festival industries
- →Forge and maintain strategic alliances with event organizers, venue managers, and other relevant stakeholders
- →Drive the sales cycle from prospecting to deal closure, crafting customized presentations, proposals, and contracts
- →Coordinate closely with Fever’s Product, Technology, and Operations teams to tailor our cashless wristband offerings
- →Continuously monitor industry trends, competitor movements, and regulatory changes to inform strategic planning
- →Oversee the client journey from initial implementation to post-event support, building strong relationships
- →Act as the market’s voice within Fever, gathering and integrating client and attendee feedback
Requirements
- ✓Demonstrated success in business development, with experience in a cashless provider or cashless solutions being a strong plus
- ✓Experience in negotiating and closing deals, with a knack for building long-term strategic partnerships
- ✓Strategic thinker with a strong analytical capability
- ✓Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills
- ✓Deep understanding of RFID/NFC technology, cashless payment systems
- ✓Leadership qualities that inspire cross-functional teams
- ✓Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or a related field
