About the Role
We are looking for a B2B Sales Manager to join BURGA, a rapidly growing brand transforming everyday items into style statement accessories. This role focuses on driving B2B growth by identifying new markets and building partnerships globally.
Key Responsibilities
- →Conduct market analyses and research for new B2B clients, managing the entire process from client acquisition to establishing long-term relationships
- →Develop and implement innovative sales initiatives, focusing on expanding the company’s drinkware presence globally
- →Execute comprehensive sales plans, encompassing market research, pricing strategies, and sales forecasting
- →Build and maintain strong relationships with key accounts, ensuring excellent customer satisfaction and high retention rates
- →Collaborate with cross-functional teams to align strategies and deliver seamless partner experiences
- →Provide regular reports on sales performance, market trends, and competitor activities
- →Ensure compliance with regulations and trade policies during international sales operations
Requirements
- ✓3+ years of experience in B2B service or product sales
- ✓Skilled in developing markets for new products or driving sales expansion within retail or lifestyle brands
- ✓Background in consumer goods, lifestyle products, or drinkware is a strong advantage
- ✓Excellent communication, negotiation, organizational, and time management skills
- ✓Strong ability to build and maintain relationships with stakeholders at all levels
- ✓Goal-driven, proactive, and results-oriented mindset
- ✓Analytical thinker with a data-driven approach to decision-making
- ✓Fluent in English (additional languages are a plus)
