About the Role
We are seeking a SMB Account Manager to join Camber's dynamic team. This role focuses on managing relationships with small- and medium-sized healthcare clients, driving value, and ensuring long-term client success.
Key Responsibilities
- →Serve as the dedicated point of contact for a portfolio of high-value SMB accounts
- →Provide SME and thought leadership to SMB clients, running training and enablement
- →Act as the "voice of the customer" for SMB accounts, providing product feedback
- →Build and organize ticket management process, resolving complex issues
- →Maintain comprehensive understanding of the insurance billing claims lifecycle
- →Generate in-depth reports and present strategic recommendations
- →Identify and cultivate high-value referrals and expansion opportunities
Requirements
- ✓3+ years of client-facing experience
- ✓Growth mindset and ability to learn new skills

- ✓Independence and ability to drive projects from 0-to-1
- ✓Healthcare experience a plus
