About the Role
We are looking for an Account Executive to join our team in Japan. This role focuses on expanding Cambly's B2B business in the Japanese market by partnering with HR and L&D leaders to propose scalable English training solutions that enable Japanese professionals to succeed globally.
Key Responsibilities
- →Develop target account strategies by selecting target companies in assigned markets
- →Build and manage the entire sales pipeline, including inbound lead response and outbound sales to new companies
- →Achieve sales targets through value-based selling and consulting
- →Build trust with key decision-makers and executives
- →Network through face-to-face meetings, events, and conferences
- →Travel for meetings and events (up to 5%)
- →Communicate directly with C-level executives to drive large-scale training implementations
- →Collaborate closely with the Marketing team to generate leads and opportunities
Requirements
- ✓3+ years of B2B sales experience
- ✓Experience proposing to executives and decision-makers
- ✓Native-level Japanese language skills
- ✓Business-level English for global team collaboration
- ✓Experience with CRM tools like HubSpot
- ✓Experience developing sales strategies using data and customer engagement metrics
- ✓Ability to work proactively in a remote and fast-paced environment
- ✓Desire to independently develop the Japanese market
