We are looking for a high-performing Account Executive to join our team in Japan. This role focuses on building scalable training solutions that empower Japanese talent to succeed on the world stage.
Key Responsibilities
- →Target Account Planning: Create a clear plan for your region, identifying the best companies to target.
- →Building Your Pipeline: Manage your sales funnel from start to finish, handling both inbound and outbound leads.
- →Consultative Selling: Use smart questioning and value-selling to understand client needs and build strong relationships.
- →Networking: Strengthen relationships with high-level executives through in-person meetings, events, and conferences.
- →Travel: Be ready to travel up to 5% of the time for meetings and events.
- →Executive Partnerships: Work directly with senior leaders to solve their business problems and support large programs.
- →Team Collaboration: Work closely with our Marketing team.
Requirements
- ✓3+ years of B2B sales experience (SaaS, HR Tech, or professional services preferred) with a track record of influencing senior stakeholders.
- ✓Native-level Japanese and Business-level English.
- ✓Comfortable with CRM tools like HubSpot and use engagement metrics to back up your sales strategy.
- ✓Thrive in remote, fast-paced environments and are motivated by the challenge of owning a market.
