About the Role
We are looking for a Product Designer to join our team at Candid Health. This role focuses on establishing design foundations for healthcare payments visualization, transforming complex work into human-centered systems that help providers better serve their patients.
Key Responsibilities
- →Build systems and platforms that sustain and scale over time
- →Design new product experiences that handle complex datasets and workflows
- →Create frameworks and patterns for consistent data storytelling
- →Mentor other designers and contribute to design culture and processes
- →Drive cross-functional alignment with Product Management, Engineering, and Customer Operations
- →Elevate user interface and experience quality through design craft
- →Lead projects from end-to-end including user research, prototyping, and implementation
- →Own and solve complex data problems in the healthcare domain
- →Shape the design team’s growth and collaboration
Requirements
- ✓Extensive product design experience (5+ years) in fast-growing companies
- ✓Proven success leading design initiatives for SaaS platforms
- ✓Portfolio showcasing ability to scale complex UX workflows
