About the Role
We are looking for a Data Analyst with at least 6 years of proven experience in data analysis. This role involves creating and maintaining management dashboards, analyzing data, and developing tools for material and contract control.
Key Responsibilities
- →Elaborate and review management dashboards for indicators and activities related to the process of supplying goods and services
- →Update dashboards and databases according to defined periodicity
- →Perform critical analysis of information in dashboards, requiring contact and integration with other departments
- →Monitor and control tasks resulting from managerial decisions
- →Develop tools for control and traceability of materials, packaging, and contracts
- →Develop tools for information creation, revision, and updating in systems
- →Support managerial decision-making regarding operational and investment contracts
Requirements
- ✓Minimum of 6 years of proven experience in data analysis
- ✓Advanced proficiency in native language and technical writing skills
- ✓Advanced Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint)
- ✓SAP system and its derivatives (Ariba, 4HANA, YARD, etc.)
- ✓Knowledge of SQL, Business Intelligence tools, Python, R, or Julia
- ✓Basic knowledge of web design (HTML, CSS, Javascript)
- ✓Knowledge of databases (Oracle, SQL Server, MySQL)
- ✓ETL, data wrangling, data cleaning, statistics, data visualization, and storytelling skills
- ✓Bachelor's degree in Administration, Production Engineering, Statistics, Systems Analysis, Computer Science, or related fields
- ✓Intermediate English level is desirable
