Key Responsibilities
- →Preparing, facilitating, and documenting client meetings and workshops
- →Developing and evaluating procedures, controls, and functional specifications
- →Documenting business data, application, and technology architectures
- →Documenting and resolving software defects while ensuring technical compatibility
- →Analyzing and proposing enhancements to business processes and applications
- →Conducting customer interviews and producing meeting summaries
- →Conducting market research and industry analysis
- →Producing high-quality consulting deliverables including proposals and reports
- →Generating reusable intellectual capital in the form of consulting methodology
Requirements
- ✓5+ years of experience as a Business Analyst
- ✓Experience with the implementation of Allegro
- ✓Experience configuring and extending Allegro to match requirements
- ✓Solid Business Analyst skills, including interviewing clients and developing process maps
- ✓Experience leading client teams through testing and training exercises
- ✓Ability to troubleshoot issues and provide user support
- ✓Strong presentation skills
- ✓Extensive experience writing project proposals and planning projects
- ✓Project management skills/experience
- ✓Bachelor’s degree required; MIS, Computer Science, Finance, Economics, Business or Financial Engineering preferred
- ✓An advanced degree is desirable
