About the Role
Capco is seeking a Business Analyst to join their Business Consulting practice, focusing on delivering transformative solutions across financial services sectors.
Key Responsibilities
- →Lead business analysis workstreams, driving requirements definition, gap analysis, and solution design
- →Translate industry knowledge into actionable insights across financial services domains
- →Shape and deliver business change, system implementation, and regulatory programs
- →Facilitate workshops, elicit and document requirements, and support agile or waterfall delivery
- →Present structured findings and recommendations clearly to stakeholders
Requirements
- ✓Strong business analysis experience with proven change delivery across financial services
- ✓Deep knowledge in one or more domains: Capital Markets, Retail Banking, Payments, Insurance, or Wealth & Asset Management
- ✓Experience collaborating with delivery teams to translate business needs into functional designs
- ✓Demonstrated consulting soft skills: adaptability, stakeholder management, structured thinking, and excellent communication
- ✓Understanding of SDLC is a plus
- ✓Understanding of Agile/Waterfall methodologies with experience using tools like Jira
- ✓Good knowledge of French or Dutch and English
