Key Responsibilities
- →Act as a Business Analyst within Product Control, supporting regulatory reporting initiatives
- →Analyse business requirements and translate regulatory rules into clear specifications
- →Partner with Finance, Product Control, Risk, IT, and Regulatory Reporting teams
- →Assess impacts of regulatory change on data, processes, controls, and systems
- →Support process improvements, reconciliations, and control enhancements
- →Contribute to UAT, defect management, and implementation support
- →Produce high-quality documentation including business requirements and process flows
Requirements
- ✓Proven experience as a Business Analyst in banking with Product Control exposure
- ✓Hands-on experience with Regulatory Reporting or regulatory change programs
- ✓Solid understanding of financial products, P&L, balance sheet, and control frameworks
- ✓Strong data analysis skills and ability to work with complex datasets
- ✓Experience working in change or transformation initiatives
- ✓Excellent stakeholder management and communication skills
- ✓Experience with regulatory frameworks like Basel, CRR/CRD, IFRS, FINREP, COREP
- ✓Background in finance change, reporting automation, or data governance
- ✓Familiarity with reporting tools and data platforms
