About the Role
Capco is seeking an ETRM Business Analyst with a strong background in Power markets, trade flow, and ETRM systems. This role will support trading operations and enhance ETRM systems.
Key Responsibilities
- →Collaborate with traders, risk managers, and IT teams to gather and analyze business requirements
- →Design, develop, and implement ETRM solutions to support power trading activities
- →Conduct detailed analysis of trading data, market trends, and risk factors to provide actionable insights
- →Ensure the accuracy and integrity of trading data within the ETRM system
- →Work closely with stakeholders to understand requirements and develop documentation
- →Provide training and support to end-users on ETRM systems and processes
- →Identify opportunities for process improvements and system enhancements
- →Assist in the testing and validation of ETRM system upgrades
- →Stay updated with industry trends and regulatory changes
Requirements
- ✓Minimum of 5 years of experience as a Business Analyst in the energy trading sector
- ✓Strong understanding of ETRM systems and their application in power trading
- ✓Proficiency in data analysis, SQL, and reporting tools
- ✓Excellent problem-solving skills and attention to detail
- ✓Strong communication and interpersonal skills
- ✓Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced environment
- ✓Knowledge of regulatory requirements in the energy trading industry
- ✓Bachelor's degree in Finance, Business, Computer Science, or related field
- ✓Management Consulting experience is a plus
