About the Role
Capco is seeking a Management Consultant to join their Banking & Payments practice, supporting large-scale commercial cards and payments platform deployments for global financial institutions.
Key Responsibilities
- →Support large-scale cards and payments platform deployments, global rollouts, and migrations
- →Define and manage delivery roadmaps, milestones, and dependencies across multi-year programmes
- →Engage stakeholders across business, technology, and vendor teams globally
- →Define business and functional requirements, mapping end-to-end processes and integration points
- →Contribute to programme governance, delivery planning, and structured change management
Requirements
- ✓Experience delivering change within commercial cards, corporate cards, or merchant acquiring environments
- ✓Background operating in consulting, business analysis, project management, or hybrid BA/PM roles
- ✓Experience working on complex, global transformation programmes within financial services
- ✓Ability to collaborate with technology vendors and internal engineering teams
- ✓Structured thinking, clear communication, and stakeholder management skills
