About the Role
Capco, a Wipro company, is seeking a Product Lead Coach to drive product transformation and delivery excellence. This role involves coaching leaders, aligning transformation agendas, and improving client experiences.
Key Responsibilities
- →Drive refinement, prioritization, and execution of CFCR Product transformation roadmap
- →Facilitate closure of measurable, impactful initiatives impacting Product Discovery and Delivery
- →Act as a trusted advisor for Product Delivery Teams
- →Embed and sustain best practices with Product teams
- →Identify and execute initiatives to improve client experience and productivity
- →Enable product heads to create effective OKRs
- →Build empowered, cross-functional product teams
- →Coach Domain/Product leaders on decision-making
- →Identify process improvement levers to remove organizational impediments
- →Coach hive leadership on servant leadership
- →Proactively identify and analyze organizational impediments
- →Flag gaps and deviations to key principles and standards
Requirements
- ✓18+ years of experience in product management or related fields
- ✓Strong background in OKRs and product vision alignment
- ✓Experience with hypothesis-driven development and rapid prototyping
- ✓Ability to perform client/user research and validation
- ✓Hands-on experience with continuous feedback loops
- ✓Knowledge of change management and risk mitigation
- ✓Understanding of organizational design and governance
- ✓Excellent coaching and leadership skills
