About the Role
Capco is seeking an IT Project Manager to lead end-to-end delivery of IT projects, ensuring outcomes are achieved within agreed scope, timeline, cost, and quality standards. This role partners with business and technology teams to deliver application solutions and maintain strong project governance.
Key Responsibilities
- →Manage IT projects end-to-end, from planning through implementation and go-live
- →Own project scope, timelines, resources, budget, and quality
- →Coordinate cross-functional teams and vendors to deliver project outcomes
- →Monitor risks, issues, and dependencies; implement mitigation plans and escalate when required
- →Prepare and maintain project documentation, plans, and status reporting
- →Ensure projects comply with IT PMO frameworks, SDLC, PDLC, and ITIL processes
- →Maintain project governance, quality controls, and decision forums
- →Support business case development, cost-benefit analysis, and financial forecasting
- →Track budget and cost impacts throughout project delivery
- →Act as the key liaison between business, IT, and external vendors
- →Communicate project progress clearly to sponsors and senior stakeholders
Requirements
- ✓5–7 years’ experience managing IT projects end-to-end
- ✓Strong understanding of SDLC, PDLC, and ITIL processes
- ✓Experience delivering projects in financial services or regulated environments
- ✓Strong stakeholder, vendor, and communication skills
- ✓Highly organized, proactive, and delivery-focused
- ✓Certifications such as PMP/CAPM, PMI-ACP, or CSM are advantageous.
