About the Role
Capco is seeking a Principal Consultant to support and drive the growth of their Securities Services practice, with a focus on Fund Administration Transformation. This role involves leading complex client programs and shaping delivery approaches.
Key Responsibilities
- →Lead large-scale transformation programmes across fund administration, transfer agency, middle office, and securities operations.
- →Provide deep subject matter expertise across Fund Accounting processes, controls, regulatory obligations, and industry standards.
- →Act as a senior advisor to clients, shaping strategy, operating models, and delivery roadmaps across the fund administration lifecycle.
- →Drive end-to-end project delivery, ensuring quality, risk management, and successful implementation of business and technology solutions.
- →Mentor and guide consulting teams, helping to build a strong and scalable capability within the practice.
Requirements
- ✓10+ years experience in consulting covering securities services/capital markets, with strong expertise in Fund Administration, Fund Accounting, and related operational processes.
- ✓Strong consulting background with the ability to act as a trusted advisor to senior stakeholders across business and technology.
- ✓Strong track record leading large-scale fund administration transformation programmes, including operating model redesign, process re-engineering, and platform modernization.
- ✓Strong programme and project leadership skills, managing teams and ensuring high-quality delivery.
- ✓Proven experience in driving sales, business development, and practice growth, including strong client relationship, opportunity identification, solution shaping, and proposal leadership.
- ✓Experience contributing to practice development, including frameworks, methodologies, and thought leadership.
