About the Role
We are looking for a Technical Product Manager to join our Technology Solutions group. This role involves interacting with field solutions engineering teams, customers, and internal engineering teams to develop innovative solutions for the AdTech, Media, and Telecom industries.
Key Responsibilities
- →Own the daily operational execution of technical projects, focusing on requirements clarity, story management, and backlog grooming.
- →Support lean, efficient sprint management through daily standups, prioritization, and milestone tracking, especially with offshore teams in varied time zones.
- →Translate high-level business requirements into clear, detailed user stories and tasks in Trello.
- →Maintain up-to-date sprint boards, proactively flagging blockers or dependencies to the Program Manager.
- →Collaborate closely with engineering leads to ensure work is technically feasible, scoped appropriately, and aligned with release goals.
- →Monitor sprint performance and velocity, supporting continuous improvement through retrospectives and agile best practices.
- →Work closely with the client’s development team to align on timelines, milestones, and technical dependencies, ensuring joint execution stays on track.
- →Provide timely reporting on sprint progress, completion rates, and risks to internal leadership.
- →Shape and evolve our internal engineering practices to promote flow, collaboration, and velocity.
Requirements
- ✓Proven ability to lead fast-paced projects with evolving priorities.
- ✓Excellent communication skills.
- ✓Experience in Media, Telecom, or Ad Tech industries is required.
