About the Role
We are looking for a Microsoft Business Central Functional Consultant to join our team at Infinity Group, a leading Microsoft Cloud Solution Partner in the UK. This role involves leading Business Central implementations from pre-sale through to completion, contributing to building a fully-fledged Business Central capability within the Dynamics 365 practice.
Key Responsibilities
- →Implement Business Central solutions for customers, including customization and data migration
- →Participate in client workshops to analyse and design D365 BC solutions and write functional specifications
- →Transform business requirements into application requirements
- →Scope change to Business Central functionality to identify customers’ needs and extend the functionality of the standard application
- →Prototype, configure and test the respective business processes
- →Train customer key users and/or end-users
- →Assist in the transition of the solution to the support team
Requirements
- ✓Experience with D365 BC/NAV Business Application technology focused on Finance or SCM
- ✓Ability to gather user requirements and translate them into solutions
- ✓Experience implementing Dynamics 365 Business Central
- ✓Effective communication across cross-functional teams and diverse clients/stakeholders
- ✓Highly organised with excellent attention to detail
- ✓Confident in pressurised situations with strict deadlines
- ✓Provide constructive feedback and support continuous improvement
