About the Role
Capco is seeking a Scrum Master to join their team and drive digital transformation in the financial services industry. This role involves facilitating agile processes and helping team members overcome roadblocks.
Key Responsibilities
- →Track metrics (inputs, outputs, and outcomes) for team and monitor these on an ongoing basis
- →Facilitate the process of deciding which stories will be included in each sprint
- →Help team members select which stories they will work on
- →Manage progress by facilitating agile events and helping team members overcome roadblocks
- →Facilitate the process of working with Feature owner and team to re-balance and re-prioritize work within a sprint
- →Manage burndowns and other documentation to oversee progress in each sprint
Requirements
- ✓Bachelors in Engineering or Computer Science, or business-related field
- ✓A minimum of 10 years of experience
- ✓Experience leading a team of 5+ members
- ✓Experience working in banking, life insurance, or consulting environments
- ✓Scrum master certification, particularly in Scrum, Disciplined Agile Delivery, KanBan, etc.
- ✓Fluency in English and Thai
