Capco is seeking a Business Analyst to join their Business Consulting practice with a focus on Insurance. This role involves partnering with leading insurers to design and deliver transformation programs across various insurance domains.

Key Responsibilities

→Lead business analysis workstreams across Insurance change programs
→Translate insurance domain knowledge into clear business and functional requirements
→Support digital transformation and data-led innovation initiatives
→Facilitate workshops and document business processes
→Collaborate with cross-functional teams to deliver solutions

Requirements

✓Strong business analysis experience within Insurance (Life, P&C, or London Market)
✓Ability to bridge business and technology functions in complex environments
✓Experience delivering regulatory, operational, or technology-led change programs
✓Strong communication, stakeholder engagement, and problem-solving skills
✓Working knowledge of SDLC and Agile/Waterfall methodologies, with experience using Jira
