About the Role
We are looking for a Senior Solutions Consultant to support the development of the DACH Region, providing technical expertise and experience to the team, customers, and partners. This role involves driving and managing the technology evaluation stage of the sales process, working closely with the sales team as the key technical adviser and product advocate.
Key Responsibilities
- →Conduct key customer meetings with Sales Executives, offering technical expertise and support on product development roadmap
- →Develop vision and strategies for CRM and BPM opportunities, designing/configuring custom demos, presentations, training, and supportive materials
- →Deliver product demonstrations to key accounts, tailored to match customer expectations and needs
- →Assist in the production of RFPs and other proposals to clients
- →Design and deliver high quality technical Proof of Concepts for prospective customers
- →Represent products to customers and at field events such as conferences, summits, seminars, etc.
Requirements
- ✓Bachelor's degree in a related field
- ✓Minimum 5 years of experience as a Solutions Consultant (Presales) in the SaaS/ PaaS industry
- ✓Technical depth to respond to all functional and technical elements of RFIs/RFPs
- ✓Demonstrated experience working closely with C-level managers on the client side
- ✓In-depth knowledge of the DACH market dynamics, including industry trends, competitor landscape, and regulatory environment
- ✓Strong communication and presentation skills
- ✓Proven success conveying customer requirements to Product Management teams
- ✓Good command of English
- ✓Strong analytical and strategical problem-solving skills
- ✓Willingness to travel as needed to meet with clients and attend industry events
