Responsibilities β’ Design and Optimize AI Prompts: Develop, test, and refine AI prompts to ensure optimal performance and alignment with business goals. β’ Data Analysis and Interpretation: Analyze large datasets to uncover trends, patterns, and insights that support strategic decision-making. β’ Collaborate with Cross-Functional Teams: Work closely with data scientists, software engineers, and business stakeholders to integrate AI solutions into banking operations. β’ Continuous Improvement: Stay updated with the latest advancements in AI and data analytics to continuously improve the quality and efficiency of AI models and data analysis processes. β’ Documentation and Training: Document processes, methodologies, and findings, and provide training to team members on best practices in prompt engineering and data analysis.

About the Role
We are seeking a Senior Consultant to support data governance initiatives, helping clients define and implement governance frameworks, policies, and operating models.
Key Responsibilities
β’ Analyse and interpret data governance policies and standards
β’ Assess applicability of governance requirements across business processes
β’ Conduct current state assessments across processes, systems, and operating models
β’ Perform gap analysis and define target state governance frameworks
β’ Establish data ownership, stewardship, and accountability models
β’ Design and implement governance artefacts, controls, and KCIs
β’ Support risk and control assessments (e.g., RCSA) and governance reporting
β’ Coordinate with stakeholders to drive alignment and approvals
β’ Track and manage data governance initiatives and deliverables
β’ Drive change management activities (training, communication, documentation)
β’ Participate in governance forums and workshops
Required Skills & Experience
β’ 8β14 years in Data Governance / Data Management roles
β’ Strong understanding of data governance frameworks and controls
β’ Experience in client-facing delivery or transformation programs
β’ Experience in BFSI Industry preferred
β’ Strong communication and stakeholder management skills
Desired Qualifications & Certifications
β’ Bachelorβs/Masterβs degree in relevant field
β’ DAMA CDMP, DCAM, or equivalent certifications
β’ Experience with tools such as Collibra, Alation, Informatica
