About the Role
We are looking for a Commercial Operations Lead to join Capi, a company helping businesses in emerging markets pay their international suppliers. This role will be responsible for scaling a multi-market B2B commercial organization, adapting global best practices to complex, fast-evolving markets.
Key Responsibilities
- →Define and maintain standards for commercial reporting and insights across markets
- →Analyze commercial performance to identify conversion, retention, churn, and revenue efficiency drivers
- →Act as a thought partner to Market GMs, supporting commercial prioritization and performance diagnosis
- →Lead the design and evolution of commercial enablement and playbooks
- →Drive cross-functional commercial initiatives end-to-end
Requirements
- ✓4–7+ years experience in strategy consulting, commercial ops, or similar roles
- ✓Strong analytical skills with the ability to translate data into clear commercial recommendations
- ✓Proven ability to create structure in ambiguous environments
- ✓Credibility to work with GMs and senior commercial stakeholders
- ✓Fluent in English and French
