About the Role
We are looking for a Product Manager to join our team at CareMessage, responsible for owning the strategy and execution of our Clinical Data and Interoperability verticals. This foundational role involves building our data infrastructure alongside the engineering team to measure how our product improves Health Equity at scale.
Key Responsibilities
- →Own our Clinical Data Product Vision, Strategy and Objectives
- →Own our Interoperability Product Vision, Strategy and Objectives
- →Iterate our approach to data through a deep understanding of how our product is designed to improve Health Equity
- →Regularly meet with stakeholders to identify and prioritize user needs
- →Draft clear and comprehensive product requirement documents (PRDs)
- →Ensure all product documentation is up-to-date and accessible
- →Be the point person on the Product team for answering product-related questions internally
- →Help solve user issues and triage feedback
- →Collaborate with other members of the Product team to help set product goals and define success
Requirements
- ✓Explicit and direct experience with clinical data and interoperability
- ✓Proven track record of owning product verticals at B2B SaaS Health Technology companies
- ✓Proven growth trajectory as a product manager: 2 or more product management roles
- ✓Demonstrated ability to self-identify and independently solve problems within a product development team
- ✓Extensive experience with healthcare data and interoperability standards (FHIR, HL7, etc.) and electronic health records
- ✓Interest in working remotely
- ✓Commitment to building and fostering diversity and inclusion within teams
