About the Role
We are looking for our first Product Designer to join Jinba, a Y Combinator-backed company building AI workflow automation for enterprise users. This is an opportunity to shape how enterprises interact with automation tools from the ground up.
Key Responsibilities
- →Conduct discovery and research with enterprise clients to identify workflow improvements
- →Create low-fidelity concepts and iterate to high-fidelity designs
- →Collaborate closely with product engineers throughout the build process
- →Contribute to product strategy and design thinking
- →Establish design patterns and component library for scaling
Requirements
- ✓3+ years of product design experience, preferably in B2B SaaS or enterprise software
- ✓Strong portfolio showing end-to-end design work from research to shipped UI
- ✓Comfort working directly with engineers and understanding technical constraints
- ✓Experience with enterprise UX for complex workflows and multi-step processes
- ✓Proficiency in Figma or equivalent prototyping tools
- ✓Self-directed with high ownership in a small team environment
