About the Role
We are looking for a Performance Marketing Executive to join our Marketing team at Farfetch. This role focuses on growing our Affiliates and Influencers activities, working closely with the Lead of Affiliates & Influencers and the wider marketing team.
Key Responsibilities
- →Work with senior colleagues, delivering specific ad hoc and project work to support channel strategy
- →Contribute to channel growth targets while managing marketing costs
- →Build technical skills and deepen understanding of FARFETCH’s business priorities
- →Grow and manage affiliate relationships to drive business goals
- →Support the FARFETCH annual promotional calendar with Affiliate and Influencer activities
- →Update reports, analyse campaign performance, and share insights with senior stakeholders
- →Identify performance opportunities and activate new, on-brand partners to drive growth
Requirements
- ✓2–3 years of experience in Influencer, Affiliate, or Growth Partner Marketing and a strong passion for e-commerce
- ✓Ability to analyse and draw insights from large datasets
- ✓Good knowledge of Excel and experience producing complex reports
- ✓Detail-oriented, collaborative, and consistently deliver high-quality work
- ✓Confident communication with partners and commercial mindset for contract negotiations
- ✓Understanding of affiliate networks and tracking solutions
- ✓Clear communication of updates and initiatives across the business
