About the Role
We’re looking for a Recruiting Coordinator (Contract) to help deliver a thoughtful, high-quality experience to every candidate who interacts with Cartesia. This is a key role on our Talent team, and a great opportunity to help shape our hiring culture from the ground up.
Key Responsibilities
- →Own interview scheduling across all of our technical and non-technical teams, as well as multiple time zones
- →Coordinate onsite and virtual interview logistics
- →Act as the point of contact for candidates, delivering timely updates and a responsive candidate experience
- →Partner closely with recruiters and hiring managers to keep coordination processes running smoothly
- →Track candidates in our ATS and ensure data is accurate and up to date
- →Help refine and document recruiting processes as we scale
- →Support employer brand efforts, recruiting events, and candidate-facing communication
Requirements
- ✓3+ years of experience in recruiting coordination or a similar recruiting operations role
- ✓Excellent organizational skills and attention to detail
- ✓Strong communication, being clear, warm, and proactive in communications
- ✓Ability to juggle multiple priorities and keep things moving in a fast-paced environment
- ✓Comfortable with ATS platforms (e.g., Ashby, ModernLoop); Proficient with Google Apps, Slack
- ✓A genuine passion for candidate experience and connecting people
- ✓Availability to work in-office at our San Francisco headquarters five days a week
